The market has dropped far enough that with a small conventional or FHA Loan the properties will cash flow as a rental. If you purchase a 2 bed 2 bath condo for $85k and the rent is $850 that is pretty good because 3 years ago Investors bought these same condos at $2180k which appreciated to $230k which in turn fell to $85k.
